The A Second Chance, Inc. (ASCI) Pittsburgh Regional Office serves as ASCI’s headquarters and a central resource for children, youth, kinship caregivers, foster caregivers, and families throughout Allegheny County and surrounding communities. Located on Frankstown Avenue, our Pittsburgh team provides family-centered services designed to help children remain connected to family, strengthen caregivers, and support families throughout the child welfare journey.
