Vonjana Knight serves as the Deputy Chief Executive of Program and Organizational Operations. In this role, she provides leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that A Second Chance, Inc. has the proper operational controls and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure operational efficiency. Vonjana serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team of A Second Chance Inc. and has worked in various capacities within the agency over the course of her tenure. In 2016, Vonjana was voted “Employee of the Year” by her fellow colleagues at ASCI.

Vonjana earned her associate degree in Specialized Technology and has more than 10 years of human resources experience. Previous to joining A Second Chance, Inc., Vonjana worked in the medical field in different administrative and managerial capacities.
