Danielle Hall is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her degree in Communications. With a strong background in administration and student support, Danielle has dedicated her career to fostering growth, connection, and emotional development in children.

Before joining A Second Chance, Inc., she served as a Learning and Relationship Specialist for a school district, where she helped students manage their emotions, navigate daily challenges, and reduce aggressive behaviors through compassion, structure, and individualized support.

Now, as an executive at A Second Chance, Inc., Danielle is excited to make an even greater impact—helping children and families on a broader scale and creating systems that set young people up for long-term success. She brings empathy, communication expertise, and a deep commitment to empowering others to every aspect of her work.
