Clarke Melton is a dedicated executive professional with a strong background in communications, organizational development, and nonprofit operations. She currently serves as Executive Assistant to Human Relations at A Second Chance, Inc., where she provides executive support and plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission of strengthening families and protecting children.
Clarke began her career at A Second Chance, Inc. as a frontline professional in the High Impact Unit. She later transitioned into the Communications Department before moving into her current executive role, gaining a comprehensive, firsthand understanding of both direct service and organizational leadership within the nonprofit sector.
With a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in Radio and Television, Clarke brings a thoughtful blend of strategic planning, relationship management, and operational excellence to her work. Her career is rooted in service and community impact, with professional experience spanning executive administration, consulting, and organizational support within the nonprofit sector.
She is the co-founder of Inspired by Integrity, a virtual assistant and notary service created alongside her mother and grandmother. Through this work, Clarke provides administrative, creative, and operational support to multiple nonprofit organizations, helping leaders streamline systems, strengthen internal processes, and expand their capacity to serve their communities.
