Tamia Mitchell has been with A Second Chance, Inc. since 2014 and began her role as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Child and Family Services. During her tenure, she was promoted to Sr. Executive Assistant to the Senior Executive Vice President and then promoted to Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. She has served in an administrative capacity for over 20+ years and demonstrates the consistent leadership, skills and abilities that have successfully supported the organization and its leaders in meeting its goals and objectives.

She was recently promoted to Managing Director of Systems Improvement and CQI. She will continue to work to strengthen the organizations systems and to provide critical support to the Child and Family Services team.
