What is it?
Up to $1000 to eligible individuals to meet an array of needs during the pandemic and recovery.
Who is eligible?
Young people ages 14-29 who are in foster care or have been foster care.
When is the deadline to apply?
11:59 PM EST on November 18, 2020.

Economic Impact Payment (“Stimulus Payment”)
What is it?
Up to $1200 for eligible individuals with an additional $500 if the eligible individual has a child. Individuals, including young people, who no one is able to claim as a dependent on their tax returns are eligible to apply. This includes many young people in foster care and those who have aged out. The deadline for non-filers, who are people who did not need to file taxes, is 3 PM EST on November 21, 2020. You do not need to file taxes if you made less than $12,200.

United Way’s 211 Economic Impact Payment Helpline (1-844-322-3639): helps people across the country complete the IRS Non-filer form and answers questions about the stimulus.
