This Agency does not divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any protected health information to any third party without the prior written consent of the individual. In furtherance of this policy, We will take all necessary administrative and technical measures to protect such information an treat it as strictly confidential. Any employee who knowingly and/or willfully violates this policy is deemed to act outside the scope of his/her duties.
